The Restaurant Recruitment Director is responsible for entire recruitment and talent acquisition process and results for nation-wide new and existing restaurants. This position implements and manages the Company’s strategic recruitment program policies, processes for new store openings successfully, and improve the results of entire recruitment team of 6 members. This position reports to COO.
Main Responsiblities:
2. Streamline, systematize, and train key stakeholders on the talent acquisition process, optimizing both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
3. Continue to expand pipelines of diverse candidates, ensuring that best practices are engrained in all aspects of the hiring process
4. Lead, assess, educate and build strong Recruiting team as we continue to expand
5. Ensure that the Recruiting team consistently meets or beats hiring goals, finding the right member for each opening while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience
6. Develop and constantly improve and fine-tune our nation-wide recruiting strategy for both existing and new stores.
7. Identify and manage relationships with vendors and partners related to recruitment (e.g., job boards, ATS, etc.)
8. Participate in the recruiting process as a recruiter for key roles
9. Work with Operations, Marketing and HR to build the Company posting and advertisement
10. Research, assess, propose and implement various recruitment plans and procedures to satisfy hiring needs
11. Serve as partner to hiring managers, assisting with resource planning, training on interviewer best practices, consulting on recruitment strategy and providing guidance on talent trends
12. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and share the data with Heads of Operations.
13. Define, measure, and report on quarterly recruitment goals (STIC, KPIs ,etc.)
14. Demonstrated success building and scaling a recruitment team and its supporting technology and processes while meeting organizational recruiting needs in a fast-growth organization
15. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
16. A strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks), and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Talent Reef) and HR databases.
17. Assess current usage of ATS and improve the system utilization
18. A track record of mentoring and growing team members
19. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities.

24. Learn and be updated on local, state and federal laws and regulations related to recruitment. Share the affected recruitment laws where we operates and will operate, with the heads of operations and HR.
25. Sudden long-term (three weeks max) business trips in all over the nation are expected for this position. Must be able to be flexible for the business trips.
26. Any other assignments requested by head of operations.
Education/Experience:
· Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience in a similar or comparable work environment, strong work ethic supported by a pleasant and positive attitude of “can do” success.
· 10+ years of progressive restaurant recruitment experience with at least three years of managerial experience.
· Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
· Experience in use of social media and other tools for recruitment purposes.
Travel Requirements:
Recruitment Manager – New and Existing Stores, when necessary must be willing to travel up to 75% of time. Travel may last for a couple of weeks within CA or multi-state in the United States. May be required to use company or personal vehicle for meetings with prospective candidates or Operations management members.
