If you are a boater, you must agree that the best way to enjoy the great Wisconsin summers is at the helm of your boat. Whether you’re cruising on the bay, overnighting in your favorite cove, swapping boating stories around a campfire, or just relaxing at the dock; it’s hard to beat the experience you get by spending time on your boat.
At our marina, we do our very best to ensure that “boating time” is the “fun time” people deserve and expect. We work hard to deliver a hassle free, relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. That includes the service and repair side of boating. We are looking to add another passionate Service Writer/Advisor to our growing team!
The Service Writer/Advisor is responsible for:
- Opening, maintaining, and reviewing work orders
- Maintaining timecards, warranty claims, and credits
- Creating invoices and conducting minor accounting tasks (such as cash reconciliation, purchase orders, and contracts)
- Maintaining all filing and records for the Service Department
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- At least 2 years of office/accounting experience
- A high school diploma or GED (A Degree in business or accounting is a plus!)
- Great customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to use computer programs (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Office or Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
