Summary of Writers/Managers/Support Staff

Purpose & Objective:

• Meeting Sales targets through legitimate recommended services and repairs made by the technicians.
• Administrative and customer service aspects of the business.
• Complete Store Oversight

Primary Duties:

• Meeting/Exceeding Targets: Sell repairs and service to customers based on their needs goals and desires, using company guidelines and best practices.
• Make store level management decisions in conjunction with corporate.

Secondary:

• Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person.
• Administrative: Create invoices for clients using the company process, help process part orders/returns, dispatch repairs/parts as needed under direction of manager.
• Other tasks: Fill in on tasks as needed to maintain the flow of the shop like shuttling a client home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $165,000.00 per year
