Construction Associate Attorney – Hartford Full Time

Location: Hartford, CT

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Construction Associate Attorney to join their Hartford office.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Connecticut is required (admission in New York and/or Massachusetts is a plus).
• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience with a focus on construction litigation.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Engage in trial preparation, collaborate with expert witnesses, and represent clients in court.
• Participate in depositions and motion practice in both federal and state courts.
