Consultant to expand our Orlando/Winter Park team.

We are a boutique consulting firm who provide HR Advisory and Outsourcing solutions including Talent Search. Our new HR consultant will partner with a dynamic and fun team of consultants who have decades of experience working in the private and public sector including non-profit across multiple industries. This role’s hours vary week to week based on client activity. The intended role is classified as a 1099 Independent Contractor with Consult HR Partners. The HR consultant must live in the Winter Park, FL area and will need to be on-site with the client two days a week.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Directly support Consult HR Partners’ clients with Human Resources related tasks that include, but are not limited to, full cycle recruitment, benefits administration, learning and development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compensation analysis, performance appraisals, employee handbooks, and HR systems

• Provide one point of contact for HR support to assist in the achievement of client’s business goals and objectives providing strategic partnership/advice to internal client leadership at all levels

• Serve clients from a variety of industries and deliver best practice HR programs and practices; partners with the other consultants to develop tools and resources that are value-added to our clients

• Provides education and guidance on HR related inquiries from employees and management, elevating issues as appropriate and/or leveraging various additional support departments (i.e., payroll, benefits, immigration, etc.)

• Proactively identify business and HR objectives/expectations that will benefit client leaders – manage to completion

• Assist Consult HR Partners Principal Consultants and Senior/HR Consultants with specialized and strategic client HR initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a Human Resources related field required (e.g., business administration, hospitality administration, psychology, etc.)

• 4-6 years of HR Manager/HR Business Partner and HR Generalist experience required

• Payroll experience preferred, but not required

• HR certification preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team in a remote work environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours in order to assist clients with their needs
• Organized self-starter with strong project management skills
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
