Consumer Attorney Marketing Group Hiring for Paid Social Strategist – REMOTE at Houston, TX Full Time

Consumer Attorney Marketing Group (CAMG) is a nationwide advertising agency that combines media buying expertise, legal industry experience and intensive analytics to deliver the most effective TV, radio, SEO, paid digital, publishing, and out-of-home (OOH) direct response marketing campaigns.

We are currently accepting applications for a Paid Social Strategist. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, desire for accuracy, and ability to handle multiple projects with many shareholders.

Essential Job Functions

• Generate qualified leads via paid social that turn into cases for law firms.
• Owns the direct response-focused paid media strategy and performance for select clients
• Develops a firm understanding of the clients’ goals and objectives
• Monitors established campaign KPIs and ensures that the campaign performance meets the agreed-upon client goals
• Provides ongoing support to the Account Executives that will enhance their relationship with their clients
• Partners closely with digital campaign execution team on new campaign activation.
• Works closely with the Digital Analytics team to ensure reporting accuracy
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve client paid search campaigns both on platform (Meta & others) as well as conversion-optimization on landing pages.
• Assists with agency’s proposal process and the related deliverables
• Answers clients’ questions and meets with them as-needed to discuss campaign performance and metrics
• Supports monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree requiredd
• Solid understanding of Paid Social advertising channel
• 3+ years of direct response agency experience or presentation-centric in-house role
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships with clients and prospects
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Competency with MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Competency with Google Workplace suite including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Bing Ads.
• Bonus: Experience managing paid social campaigns in the legal industry.
