HRIS Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities:
Assists manager by performing related duties.
Supports staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Identifies strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Duties:
Communicate team objectives/daily focus, motivate, and support the hris team.
Work closely with the Recruiting Assistant Manager for team collaboration & effective communication
Partner with Recruiting Lead for re-hire process.
Assist with managing class rosters
Assist with managing Employee Management System & Onboarding in ADP.
Assist with managing new hires, communicating with recruiting and training team for onboarding, communicate across departments attendance
Communicate with new hires for onboarding.
Track and delegate processing new hires.
Employee Data Management
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management preferred
Proficiency with office software
