CHIEF OF PARTY – USAID – BANGLADESH
- CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**
Continuity Global Solutions is seeking a Chief of Party for a USAID-funded project in Bangladesh. The Chief of Party will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, operational, and financial management of the program. This position will involve managing all security, risk management, risk mitigation, analytical, and field activities. The Chief of Party should have significant high-level experience working on similar security requirements as required by this contract.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in managing and/or administering projects of comparable size and complexity to USAID-funded programs
- Logistics and Fleet Management experience required
- Extensive knowledge of the current security and socio-political situation in Bangladesh
- At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in a relevant field
- Demonstrated expertise in safety, security, and risk management, with the ability to analyze information and propose appropriate actions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality reports and security briefing notes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with communities, government agencies, and security forces
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well with technical and administrative support staff
