Food & Beverage Manager – St. Thomas

Title: Food & Beverage Manager

Salary: up to $90,000 USD + relocation assistance

Location: St Thomas, VI

Who will you be working for?

Our client is an award-winning hotel group with multiple locations across the Caribbean. We are assisting them in their search for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to work at one of their beautiful properties in St. Thomas

What does our ideal candidate look like?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of an ability to manage Food & Beverage operation, obtained through hotel school, university and / or equivalent experience and apprenticeship training. The successful Food & Beverage Manager will also have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in F&B Management or Restaurant General Management. Previous experience in the Caribbean is preferred.

Responsibilities?

• Overseeing multiple F&B Outlets at reputable resort
• Manage, recruit and train teams
• Report to the Director of F&B
• P&L accountability
• Manages both FOH and BOH staff
• Maintaining brand standards and ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience
