Front of House Manager – Premium Brand

Salary: up to $80,000 + bonus + medical + great perks

The role of Restaurant Manager is to oversee all the service functions of the room, to support your team and represent the brand in all areas. Duties of a Restaurant Manager

• Day to day operations of the restaurant
• Manage a team of at least 20 + per shift
• Ensures customers are satisfied and brand standards are being maintained
• Continual development of the team and provides support and training
• Creates great working atmosphere for the team
• Administrative duties as needed by the General Manager

The Ideal Restaurant Manager

• At least two years’ experience in Fine-Dining restaurant management
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Able to communicate effectively to guests and Front/Back of House team members
• Skilled in computer programs such as; Aloha, Micros, Microsoft Office, OpenTable/Resy
• Possesses a proven track record for guest satisfaction
• Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
