Cornell Dental Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Job at Hillsboro, OR Full Time

We are in search of a warm, enthusiastic, outgoing personality to join our work family at Cornell Dental for the long haul! Must be self motivated, compassionate, and have an eye for detail. Being a team player is also very important to us.

We offer complete comprehensive care in a warm inviting setting so that our patients can relax as best as possible when they are with us.

Experience with Eaglesoft is required, as well as, scheduling and dental experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answer 95% of incoming phone calls and route to appropriate person
• Greeting patients
• Hostess for the office
• Gathers new patient information and enters it into computer
• Update patient information at each encounter
• Ordering administrative supplies
• Opens and distributes mail
• Ensures patients don’t wait too long for treatment
• Etc.. (a more comprehensive list will be provided during our interview)

The position is for full time. We are currently open Monday – Thursday from 8:30-5pm and Fridays 8:30-2pm.
