Job Description
Employ various assessment methods to gain a clearer view of the organization’s health, risks, and culture shifts
Inform HR priorities; evaluate demand for new or adjusted HR offerings from business or trends
Deliver enhanced business proximity and consulting for assigned functional leaders, typically Directors and below and primarily people managers
Ensure the workforce implications are reflected in every assigned function’s business plan
Execute change readiness activities to prepare for future challenges
Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities
Help achieve financial goals by executing lifecycle people solutions
Partner on hiring and development and advancement of team members; this includes working with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard new hires and build strong internal and external pipelines
Support change management efforts, nurture our culture and create unique team member experiences
Understand external trends in the marketplace and make recommendations on how those could affect internal employees
Oversee and take a proactive approach to Employee Relations, and make recommendations by providing guidance, interpreting policy and issue resolution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required
10 or more years in progressive HR with heavy hourly and geographically distributed employee populations
5 or more years having direct accountability for a team
