Corra is looking for a Production Systems Engineer who will work with our clients and ensure they receive “superhero white-glove” treatment as they troubleshoot and resolve any and all technical issues in their ecommerce production systems. As a Production Systems Engineer, you will sit closest to the “beating heart” of our clients, namely, their ability to generate revenue. In this role, you will act as a consultant to the client in a multitude of ways to ensure the highest functioning and performance of their ecommerce system through your technical acumen and strong communication to both business and technical stakeholders alike. As a Production System Engineer, you must be able to thrive in an Agile software development environment. You will also work cross functionally with other teams at Corra to troubleshoot issues and identify sales opportunities. You should have at least 3 years experience in the ecommerce industry, strong technical skills, and a demonstrated flair for customer service. Your responsibility will be to lead your client and team to that next level!
