The auto shop manager has a wide range of responsibilities including scheduling builds, coordinating mechanics, updating our system on Quickbooks, working with our parts manager and keeping up with admin duties, monitoring phones, greeting guests, coordinating mail and shipping, general office appearance and administrative support.

In addition, we are seeking an individual that would be able to directly support our system and is comfortable managing a staff of 10. This position will report directly to the CEO and help strategize jobs and schedules. We are seeking an individual who is extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, efficient, proactive, Quickbooks knowledgable, and Mac & PC savvy. The individual would be expected to juggle multiple tasks and respond well under time constraints.

• Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and shop employees.

• Serve as the main point of contact for all matters pertaining to the CEO

• Conducting weekly shop meetings with the staff.
• Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including updating our system on Quickbooks, and stocking office supplies.

• Assist with new hire onboarding (updating seating chart, new hire desk set-up, new hire orientation)

• Attend and document all meetings and conference calls.
• The center of communication between the parts manager, floor manager and CEO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Managing: 3 years (Preferred)
