Corstone Contractors LLC is an established commercial general contractor with repeat customers in retail, multifamily, industrial, restaurant and veterinary/medical markets across the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking self-motivated Superintendents with multifamily and/or tilt-up experience to add to our successful team. Our customers are repeat clients with projects across the Pacific Northwest. The Superintendent leads and manages all on-site construction activity and assists the Project Manager with planning assigned commercial construction projects. The Superintendent will have a strong safety focus, sense of urgency and strive to achieve a quality final product.

Responsibilities:

• Keep project site clean and safe at all times
• Schedule and supervise all labor and materials on jobsite
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work is done efficiently and meets the highest quality standards
• Read and interpret plans and specifications, ensuring they are met during construction
• Monitor and inspect work in progress
• Complete all reports and records in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare schedules and supervise completion of final punch list
• Conduct regular safety meetings
• Develop strong relationships with clients and act in a professional manner at all times
• Communicate frequently with Project Manager and Executives regarding project status
• Develop, distribute and update project schedule

Minimum Qualifications Include:

• 15 years’ of experience in commercial construction, including completing projects with revenues over $10M
• Prior experience managing ground-up job sites

• Able to read blueprints and knowledgeable in commercial construction methods
• Able to direct work and manage subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
• Able to stage and manage an organized and safe job site
• Possess moderate computer skills, including competency in MS Office
• Able to perform physical tasks common to carpentry position (lifting, kneeling, bending, standing, climbing, repetitive motion, use of hand tools, etc.)
• Possess valid Drivers License, good driving history and dependable transportation
• Demonstrated history of working safely and adhering to safety standards
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to deal with unforeseen challenges and variety of personality types
• High level of customer service

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
