Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will provide HR leadership and support to our network of clinics. You will support the full range of People & Culture activities including employee relations, talent and performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits, coaching and employee engagement. You will provide strategic advice grounded in analysis and insight to support the development of HR management processes and tools in our start-up environment.
