The Talent Acquisition Expert will report to Regional Talent Leads.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Full life-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, offer negotiation and onboarding, for many regions
Selecting the most appropriate methodology, including direct sourcing, branded advertising and exploring internal solutions
Partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to discuss and make recommendations on resourcing issues and provide solutions
Ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-added and cost effective
Working closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Leads to ensure a quality driven and timely level of service to the business in order to fulfil their recruiting needs
Ensuring the global ATS, job requisition approval and data processes are fully utilized and adopted by the business
QUALIFICATIONS
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
Master’s degree with 8 years of HR experience including extensive recruiting experience
Experience in managing senior stakeholders and a strong ethos of true business partnering
Up-to-date working knowledge of recruiting best practices, tools, job boards
Desirable:
Experience working within a fast-paced environment, acting as a trusted recruitment partner, taking ownership for the successful conclusion of project
Network in FMCG, Beauty industry, or Luxury environment
Excellent organizational & relationship skills and ability to adapt quickly in a matrixial environment
