We are looking for a Foreman that is highly motivated and exceptionally talented in the residential high rise electrical construction industry. Our Forman must demonstrate leadership, strong decision-making skills, and upbeat personality. A desire to engage existing clients and generate new business. Schedule and participate in project meetings and job walk-throughs. Maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, vendors, and partners. Position reports to VP of Operations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of Security and Low Voltage project management experience.
• Knowledge of Telecom, Security, AV installations, codes and construction methods.
• Must possess a thorough understanding of Telecom, Security, AV design documents, in various stages of design completion.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Working knowledge in construction software or other job cost scheduling software experience preferred.
• Driver’s license, clean driving record required.
