• We are currently seeking an Automotive Shop Foremanto become an integral part of our team! Supervise and assign work to a team of shop techs while working side-by-side with the team

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely on-the-job guidance to all Technicians experiencing difficulty diagnosing and/or repairing vehicles. Advise and provide support on difficult-to-diagnose cases by confirming the accuracy and quality of the data, prepare vehicles or required diagnostic tools and verify systematic diagnosis has been performed.
• Participates in the screening, interviewing and selection process of new service technicians.
• Monitor technician productivity and provides feedback on development and training needs.
• Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the shop

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred
• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
