Healthcare Recruiter Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter to join our talented team. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for working clinical positions nationwide. The work is full-cycle, fast-paced, and exciting. It’s also 100% remote, providing unmatched freedom and flexibility.

About Your Day-to-Day:
- With the help of the major job boards, call lists, networking, and our marketing team, you’ll identify qualified professionals to contact
- You’ll spend your day on the phone interviewing, qualifying, and building relationships with potential hires.
- Attend (virtual) team meetings to update management, discuss business needs and develop strategies
- We’re a team environment, so you’ll work cross-functionally with all departments
- Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values
What You Will Need:
- At least two years of staffing agency recruiting experience (healthcare staffing preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree is a big plus
- Schedule flexibility with the willingness to work atypical hours as needed
- Outstanding communication and organization skills required
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 – $57,000.00 per year
