Cowboy Troy’s Hiring for Servers Job at Victor, MT Full Time

Looking to hire Servers for the Spring and Summer season. We are currently open Tuesday – Saturday, and closed Sunday/Monday.

Servers for the restaurant side are responsible for all tables in that section including taking orders, running their own food, and bussing their own tables as well as answering the phone and taking to go orders. Must be quick and efficient. Must be able to do all side work without being asked (rolling silverware, filling ice, resetting tables, filling condiments, as well as other duties as assigned). Must be able to keep busy during off peak times and keep up when it’s busy.

We will also need servers for our new outdoor patio that we will be opening in April. The same responsibilities will apply for the patio.

We would like servers to have prior experience, their TIPS certification, and a basic knowledge of beer/wine/liquor. We will train someone who has an upbeat attitude and has prior experience with a POS machine or taking cash/card payments on a register.

Pay is minimum ($9.95/hour) plus Tips. Servers keep 100% of their tips excluding “to go” order tips (which are given to the kitchen staff). Tips are excellent.
