Job Description:
We are looking for a temporary HR and Benefits Coordinator to assist our HR Department for 6 months. This role will consist of all HR Coordinator functions primarily focusing on Payroll and Benefits functions. This will be a full time role and may go until Mid-December, with the potential to last a bit longer. This is a hybrid opportunity where you are able to work from home two days per week!

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, entering and running payroll (350 associates, multi state)
- All payroll related reports
- Filing
- Entering of BOC Temps into ADP /Starting new cycle/Badges
- 401K maintenance and reporting
- Benefits reporting
- Benefit deduction changes
- Ideally will be able to assist with Benefits Open Enrollment
- Benefit and Payroll related invoicing and billing
Desired Background/Skills:
- Prior experience in both payroll and benefits.
- Knowledge of ADP is a must.
- Open Enrollment experience and knowledge preferred
- Must be local to Danbury, CT
