Cox Media Group is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our team! This position will be CONTRACT with the ability to become Permanent.
The HR Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the data integrity project through identifying missing documents from a set of files, collaborating with others to collect documents, and savin documents in electronic files with an end goal of documenting progress and completion for each employee record. This role will also assist with day-to-day HR Operations tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Respond to HR related inquiries or requests
Compile and update employee records (electronic)
Create and maintain electronic filing systems
Collaborates with other team members to obtain missing records/data
Creates and distributes reports out of HR system and into excel
Performs v-lookups, pivots, creates formulas in excel to identify progress to project by company and other relevant metrics
Performs data changes in HR System
Identify challenges/roadblocks with tasks assigned to manager
Performs additional duties as assigned.
What We Look For
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills including v-lookups, pivots, formulas
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Experience with data entry in systems like ADP, Ultipro, PeopleSoft, etc
Ability to deliver high customer service under fast paced environments
Experience using Microsoft teams calls to do remote calls
Ability to handle data with confidentiality
Knowledge of human resources processes

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience required
