CPC Behavioral Healthcare Inc. is a nonprofit organization that has been providing mental health services to Monmouth County residents for over 60 years! We provide services that focus on creating healthy lives for adults and children, using evidence-based treatment for those with serious mental health diagnoses, substance abuse problems and co-occurring disorders.

As an HR Specialist, Payroll, you will be an integral part of the HR team and will utilize an industry-specific, highly intuitive HRIS. What we think you will love most? About Our Role
In this role, you will support employees in the areas of FMLA, disability, compliance, payroll, workers compensation, and other human resources functions. You will process weekly payroll for 350 employees using a payroll service provider, in addition to maintaining the records related to payroll. You will also be tracking FMLA hours, PTO and vacation time, maintaining accurate and up to date salary information, and making other employee status changes in the payroll system. Familiarity and comfort navigating HRIS are essential.
Requirements: Two (2) years of Human Resources experience as a Junior Human Resources Generalist, with hands-on payroll processing experience and experience in at least two other Human Resources functions listed above. Solid understanding of payroll systems. Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, with patience and clarity. Strong time management and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of the team.
