Compensation Details
This is a non-exempt position Salary Range: $28 – $32 / hour
What You’ll Do
You will be the linchpin in our accounting team, ensuring that every link is strong, reliable, and efficient. You’ll dive deep into processing to ensure financial efficiency, and you’ll be the maestro orchestrating the seamless flow of payments to vendors that help our company grow. Your days will be filled with meaningful challenges and triumphs as you:
Process invoices for Accounts Payable including but not limited to inventory, freight, travel expenses, etc. Prepare weekly check runs Enter and code travel expenses Reconcile balance sheet accounts for month end Forge strong accountable relationships with vendors, ensuring quality and punctuality Prepare sales tax returns on a monthly and quarterly basis Other duties as assigned

We’re Looking For
A sharp mind with 3 – 5 years in accounting, ideally enriched by a background in accounts payable A proven track record in vendor relations, AP processing, and spotting new opportunities Experience in payroll, purchasing, or HR is a definite plus Exceptional organizational and time management skills; someone who’s as comfortable working independently as they are in a team Familiarity with ERP systems like SysPro, ready to engage with the tech tools that drive our business
