Description
The HR Generalist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the HR department, The HR Generalist will be responsible for benefits, unemployment, FMLA, CTFMLA, STD/LTD, CT Paid Leave, and workers compensation, onboarding, new hire orientation. This position is also responsible for assisting the Executive Director of the Human Resource Department.
