Creative Living Options, Inc (CLO) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides support services for adults with developmental disabilities. Support we provide helps them to live in their own homes, and remain active in their communities.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer FLSA Classification: Full-time, Exempt
The Human Resource Manager (HR Manager) is responsible for designing and implementing Human Resource strategies, policies and programs that will enable Creative Living Options to achieve its mission and vision. The HR Manager works in collaboration with the CLO management team to ensure effective and legally compliant operations of the agency.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
CLO follows an IIPP COVID-19 Protocol. CLO equips each support location with PPE where staff and visitors must complete temperature checks and daily health questionnaires. NOTE: CLO employees fall under the CDPH PHO vaccination mandate dated 9/28/21.
