The Role:
Crisis Prevention Institute’s Global Professional Instructor will be responsible for delivering Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® and associated programs in a consistent, high-quality manner, while creating a superior customer experience for training participants. The GPI is responsible for supporting CPI Certified Instructors, preparation, facilitation, and management of the classroom environment while delivering CPI training programs all standardized training formats and their derivatives.
You will report to the Global Professional Manager as part of the training and support team and will interact with program participants and contract organization leadership and their designees.
