About the role:
The HR Analytics – Data Scientist will serve as a key player in the transformation of our HR Data strategy. This will include creating data connections/integrations between core systems of record, and then using this data to find insights, tell stories, and inform the HR strategy and Senior Leaders. The HR Data Scientist will report to the Head of HR Data & Analytics and act in a versatile capacity to build out a data warehouse, create analytical models/visualizations, and partner with stakeholders to track progress towards/deliver against company-wide objectives.
Department/Group Description:
A team of high performing problem-solvers, and subject matter experts that solve complex Talent, Human Capital, and HR issues using proven scientific and mathematical techniques and communicate in ways which resonate with clients to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Create Tableau visualizations to convey key learnings and scalable self-service dashboards to disseminate data
Provide consultation to HR partners to assist in telling the data story of their function and recommending best analysis or metrics for their use cases
Proactively identify analytical opportunities to solve key business issues or strategies
Consult with clients across the organization, translating high-level business objectives into analytical solutions providing clear and actionable insights
Conduct analysis connecting behavioral analytical with labor economics to identify key insights and drivers to employee behavior
Create cohesive presentations with emphasis on storytelling summarizing key findings from analyses/research leveraging easy to understand visualizations
Construct complex data sets, measures, and analysis to drive business decisions
Work collaboratively with team members to develop analytical solutions supporting cross-functional needs
Develop and deliver model and forecast outputs to be leveraged by key partners, clients, and internal reporting to continuously drive and inform the business

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $97,016 – $145,524 + bonus + equity + benefits.
