Job Description:

The Role

As the Manager of Experienced Hire Talent Sourcing, you will oversee a team of sourcers dedicated to specific Business Units: Audit, Tax, Advisory, Consulting, and Enterprise functions. Not only will you manage a team, but you will be responsible for designing and driving sourcing strategies at scale for our recruitment efforts across all our global business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies in key business areas to support our recruiters
• Drive innovation by improving our sourcing tools, methodologies, and metrics reporting:
  • Develop and formalize sourcing best practices
  • Create and uphold performance indicators to demonstrate sourcing effectiveness and impact for self and sourcing team
• Strategically and proactively leverage market knowledge to improve and adapt ways of working based on current trends:
  • Share data and information on the competitive landscape with cross collaborators
  • Provide sourcing recommendations
• Utilize Boolean searches within external sourcing tools, Workday, and leverage alumni & industry networks
• You will proactively identify new channels and build a consistent strategy to find the best niche and in-demand talent:
  • Build strong candidate relationships and continuously revamp and implement effective outreach strategies to maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, always maintaining pipelines
• Source high priority projects across Crowe’s internally and externally facing business units

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a recruiting or sourcing capacity in a corporate team setting, with a focus on pipeline creation and research-based talent engagement
• Expertise leveraging recruiting systems such as Workday
• Ability to advise and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• 2+ years of direct management experience
  • Inclusive of setting KPI’s and goals related to sourcing efforts
• A deep understanding of sourcing technology, market trends, and talent strategy
• Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization
• Proven adaptability in managing through an ever-evolving talent market, deftly navigating change and ambiguity
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; an active listener
