Summary
The Key Account Manager (KAM) reports directly to the Vice President of Business development and will be responsible for all aspects of strategic account management. While managing an assigned list of Crown’s largest, high profile customers in the vibrant healthcare market, the KAM will also be responsible to develop new growth opportunities within these organization and acquire new high potential key accounts. In this high-profile role, the KAM will develop key account relationships, identify new business opportunities and act as the liaison between the key customer contacts and Crown’s customer service management team. The KAM will be responsible for achieving revenue growth goals per key account, implementing strategic objectives, meet or exceed sales activity requirements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing a high level of sales professionalism.
This role will require some travel during the training and onboarding to our Massachusetts and NH locations. The focus will be on the Connecticut territory after the training period.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Field of Sales, Marketing, Communication or Business Administration preferred

Working Conditions
Frequent In-field/customer location setting. Remote working locations, with an office day at least once per week. Required, frequent regional travel; some overnight. Ability to drive company vehicle and on company time.
