At Hollingsworth, HR Generalists act as a business partner on human resource matters including, but not limited to, workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, employee engagement/relations, training, and special projects. They lead the administration and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings. They prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organizational needs. They are an active and visible person at the site.
They will be part of a collaborative and supportive HR team headquartered in Dearborn, MI and with team members across the US. Together and independently, each team member works to address traditional HR needs but also support long-term employment at Hollingsworth and our company values of community, diversity & inclusion, integrity, safety and continuous improvement.
