Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager (HRM) is responsible for professionally performing people-related duties working closely with senior leadership in supporting people initiatives in all geographic regions of the company. Responsible for executing, directing, developing, and coordinating people policies and activities, while ensuring safety and legal compliance. The HRM must be the champion of the Crunch culture! Further, the HRM must have the grit to manage the tactical and strategic activities of the organization.
