Position Summary:

We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You will be coordinating across all departments within the company, including manufacturing, inventory, customer service, and shipping. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a resourceful self-starter and quick-study with extensive management and organizational skills as well as a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:

· Exceptional communication skills (expressive oral and written skills), time management, problem solving, and planning skills a-must!

· Must be proficient in CRM, Microsoft Office Applications, Excel, and secondary bonus of QuickBooks, funnel software (not mandatory).

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities with flexibility and composure.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

· Open minded and an affinity for service

· 5-10 years of management experience (starting salary is based on experience)

· Reasonable fitness level, able to lift 15 – 20 lbs comfortably

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
