C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. Hiring for Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition – Leadership Recruitment at Miami, Florida Full Time

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help develop and implement strategies, programs and policies that support a consistent flow of qualified, diverse, and talented candidates for Operations Leadership roles. In this role, you will provide overall direction and management to a team of recruiters and partner with regional HR business partners and senior management to identify and successfully on board highly qualified key talent. You will be creative about finding talent, and then be able to influence and execute flawlessly.

Job Description

What youll do:

• End to end management of Operations Leadership roles, from initial brief through to successful completion
• Build relationships with key senior stakeholders to create a consolidated and ongoing view on strategic hiring needs
• Operate as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of the various businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Conduct talent mapping and research to identify the competitive landscape and key target individuals. Build and manage talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future Leadership level needs
• Coach and mentor Talent Acquisition team to develop a strong candidate pipeline and experience, using a variety of sourcing methods, and leveraging technology to maximize productivity, candidate pool and quality
• Use real-time data to develop talent acquisition metrics to monitor and continuously improve performance, efficiency, and capability
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Skills and abilities you should have:

• Ability to operate at a strategic level with senior executives, as well as at a tactical operational level
• Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and drive impact in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams.
• Interpersonal and communication experience
• Strong track record of solving complex problems, designing creative strategies, and delivering significant impact as part of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team.
• Team leadership & development

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Masters degree desirable
• 10+ years of recruiting experience combined with extensive experience in executive search from a corporate OR search firm
• 5+ years as a people manager; demonstrated experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment, highly desirable
