We are looking for a Communications Systems Integration Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with technology and will have a detailed knowledge of telecommunications and IP networking technologies. An understanding of radio technologies is also helpful but not required. In this role, you will implement and support Mitel phones systems, Alliance audio loggers and Avtec dispatch consoles for clients across multiple industries. We are seeking a qualified professional with superior analytical, communication and organizational skills and are willing to train the right person in the appropriate technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Support client telecom systems remotely and on-site as required.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule and perform installations.
• Perform basic project management tasks for assigned implementations.
• Maintain and/or achieve required technical certifications.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and client resources.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of client implementation including needs assessment, design, implementation, testing and training.
• Travel as needed to client implementations up to 50%
