We’re looking for a new logo SaaS sales executive to win new business and continue to grow our roster of clients within the healthcare vertical (payers, providers, pharmacy)
Technology and solution areas of focus will include Journey Orchestration, Customer Data Platform (CDP), Digital Messaging, Alerts and Notifications, Real-time Decisioning, and Personalization
What you’ll do
- You will report to the Executive Director, CX Sales, and be responsible for a sales quota and new revenue within your defined territory
- Develop your territory strategy and build account plans for large opportunities (>$1 million ACV), and grow a quality pipeline
- Research and bring unique insights and perspectives to your prospective clients and create compelling material, proposals, and sales presentations
- Understand the healthcare vertical, challenges, member and patient engagement strategies, and client buying processes
- Navigate large organizations, align partners across customer experience, marketing, mar-tech, customer service, IT, engagement channels, analytics, and more
- Partner with and bring together the right internal resources at the right time (pre-sales, services, customer success, technical architects, legal, executive leadership)
- Effectively address our client’s member and patient engagement needs, positioning yourself and CSG ahead of the competition, and ensuring the client understands the value delivered by our solutions and why they should partner with CSG
- Win new Digital Engagement Solutions business while aligning with CSG’s core values
You should have

- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of sales experience selling or implementing customer journey, CDP, decisioning, personalization, customer engagement, or messaging technology
- Experience selling enterprise level SaaS solutions to financial services, insurance, retail, or healthcare clients
- Experience with Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Operations and Technology teams on complex and long sales-cycles
- Experience building Return on investment and business cases with clients to understand and define a path to getting started to help accelerate buying decisions
- Enthusiasm and energy around solving client, member, and patient challenges, and a desire to leave things better than you found them
- A history of leading and improving sales processes in a highly competitive environment, influencing change, negotiating, and winning enterprise level SaaS deals
- Ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility with senior leaders (decision makers, influencers, economic and technical partners, etc.)
- Clients and coworkers who would describe you as credible, trustworthy, a good teammate, coachable, accountable, self-driven, curious
- Ability to read a room, assess selling situations, qualify deals quickly, and utilize internal resources in the smartest way
- Formal consultative sales methodology training – ex. Challenger Sales

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$137,125.78-$219,401.48
This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
