HR Manager Business Partner
In this role, you will provide services to the world’s largest telecommunications and cable providers. The ideal CTDI team members should have excellent attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team. This individual’s primary responsibilities will be to foster positive employee relations by ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies and practices. Other responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Takes an active role in investigating employee relations issues, complaints, and conflicts in the workplace, including appropriate documentation and follow-up.
Provides guidance for disciplinary actions
Reviews and approves disciplinary actions per established guidelines; ensures documentation is thorough and accurate; provides Real Time coaching
Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources
Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Addresses and responds to employee Payroll, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits issues in conjunction with the Corporate HR Team.
Identifies training needs such as leadership, safety, employee relations, co-employment, sexual harassment, etc. at assigned Branches.
Essential Skills and Experience:
5+ year’s professional Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a production environment with an emphasis on employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interactive effectively with a diverse workforce.
Excellent listening, communication, oral presentation, and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Thorough knowledge of employment law and the principles and practices of effective Human Resources management.
