Line Cook in Santa Cruz, CA 95062

We are a well-established Independent restaurant and brand, we are seeking to hire a Experienced Line Cook with a passion for food and ability to confidently recreate and execute meals using only the finest of products. We have been named Santa Cruz’s Best Seafood and one of the Top 10 restaurants in the County.

In Short: We are looking for line cooks who have strong work ethic, commitment to timeliness, cleanliness and consistency in their work.
You will be part of a back of the house team, managed by a female chef,
committed to sharing the work load, producing from scratch dishes centered
around local produce and seafood in a very busy kitchen. We encourage
candidates who are forward thinking, open to feedback and willing to put in
solid effort to build a cooperative kitchen atmosphere. B.S. will not be tolerated…Hard work will be acknowledged and compensated for accordingly.

Reliably recreate dishes according to Chef’s recipes and portions

Qualifications and Skills

California Food Handler Card.

Verifiable Track Record of Menu/Restaurant/Employee Development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
