Curiosity Advertising Hiring for Paid Social Strategist at Cincinnati, OH Full Time

We are looking for a Paid Social Strategist that knows the flip out of the paid social world. You know the ins and outs of all the social platforms, from Meta to TikTok, and most importantly understand how those paid elements play into a larger campaign strategy.

This person can…

• Train and mentor a paid social team, constantly pushing to bring our creative solutions to life through social
• Bring social thinking upfront in the creative process so that ideas fit consumer behaviors
• Provide recommendations to internal creative teams on content optimizations based on knowledge of platform-specific capabilities, audience reception and brand opportunities
• Drive paid social strategy, managing (with the support of the team) the full life cycle of social campaigns
• Proficient in ad operations, i.e. Publisher Pixels implementation and trouble-shooting
• Familiar with Web Analytics, Social API Developer resources, and HTML
• Expertise with social insights/listening, social publishing, social media planning/buying/reporting tools, esp. Self-Serve ad environments
• Ability to create and QA ads across all social platforms

Requirements:

• Very strong communicator and presenter, possessing diplomacy and tact
• Translate data into well-articulated ideas
• At least 4+ years of experience
