Who we are looking for
We are looking for an HR & Payroll Manager, and the role reports directly to the CFO. The company is still relatively small, thus the role requires general HR management as well as hands on management of the basics: offer letters, onboarding, termination processing, payroll, benefits, HSA contributions, garnishments, vacation tracking, handbooks, and policies & procedures. In addition to the day to day activities, you will help drive policies, procedures and compliance. You will be an important catalyst to keep all employees happy and drive information to all of our teams here at Curve.
