Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Coral Real Estate/Cuse Realty is a vertically integrated real estate company. As a fast pace full service Real Estate firm, we handle acquisition, construction, leasing and property management.

We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our team and take over company’s marketing. Our ideal candidate is able to perform on a high level with a positive attitude, brainstorm new ideas to improve and help company’s continuing growth.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Help with advancing company’s brand;
• Improve and keep up with company’s social media outlets and company’s websites;
• Manage online postings and track statistics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant;
• Oversee our leasing efforts and rental listings;
• Plan and organize media library, take progress photos and videos, and then market on social media;
• Handle acquisitions related marketing efforts;
• Create, deliver and edit marketing and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Marketing Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or equivalent work experiences preferred
• Degree in Marketing or Real Estate majors preferred
• Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
• Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
• Develops innovative marketing concepts and strategies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $48,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
