Job Description Summary
The director of operations is a position in the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for the overall management of an account or a cluster of projects within a market sector and supervises the account managers and or operations managers assigned to individual projects. Specific responsibilities include customer relations/retention, quality assurance oversight, employee assessment/development, staffing, budget oversight, cost containment and reduction, short/long range planning, problem solving, and new product/service delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Director of Operations reports to Sr. Director of Operations or VP of Operations, working in conjunction with special services personnel, and is responsible for the following activities:

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $153,000.00 – $180,000.00
