As a member of our team, you’ll be a team player throughout – juggling priorities and jumping in where needed. You’ll be highly organized, flexible and adaptable, able to re-prioritize on a dime and roll up your sleeves at any given time. You’ll report to the Director of Team Services.
What you’ll do:
You’ll provide support to Team Services Managers and promote a nurturing environment that allows Inkers to be their best.
The day-to-day may include the following:
Support a smooth and meaningful onboarding and offboarding process
Ensure all team members’ paperwork is current, 100% compliant, and properly documented
Respond timely and accurately to team member questions including regular daily inquiries, unemployment, workers comp, etc
Assist with Team Services Workday-related tasks
Maintain team member personnel files (“e-files”)
Partner with Total Rewards to ensure Inker leave requests are properly handled with 100% compliance and team member satisfaction
Conduct maternity leave sessions for expectant mothers
Create a scalable approach to Team Services support and projects through process improvements and implementation
You’ll be entrusted with sensitive team member information and the highest level of integrity and confidentiality is a must.

2-3 years Inker experience is preferred
High EQ and strong desire to help people
Pluses: HR and compliance knowledge, Workday or other HRIS
