How you’ll make a difference:
As the Team Services (Human Resources) Coordinator, you’ll support our Team Services (HR) Managers, and the function as a whole. This team stands for our company character, champions team member engagement, and elevates organizational performance. You’ll partner with the Team Services Managers across all locations and business areas to administer day-to-day Team Services processes and provide exceptional support to team members.
As the Team Services (Human Resources) Coordinator, you’ll support our Team Services (HR) Managers, and the function as a whole. This team stands for our company character, champions team member engagement, and elevates organizational performance. You’ll partner with the Team Services Managers across all locations and business areas to administer day-to-day Team Services processes and provide exceptional support to team members.
As a member of our team, you’ll be a team player throughout – juggling priorities and jumping in where needed. You’ll be highly organized, flexible and adaptable, able to re-prioritize on a dime and roll up your sleeves at any given time. You’ll report to the Director of Team Services.
What you’ll do:
You’ll provide support to Team Services Managers and promote a nurturing environment that allows Inkers to be their best.
The day-to-day may include the following:
Support a smooth and meaningful onboarding and offboarding process
Ensure all team members’ paperwork is current, 100% compliant, and properly documented
Respond timely and accurately to team member questions including regular daily inquiries, unemployment, workers comp, etc
Assist with Team Services Workday-related tasks
Maintain team member personnel files (“e-files”)
Partner with Total Rewards to ensure Inker leave requests are properly handled with 100% compliance and team member satisfaction
Conduct maternity leave sessions for expectant mothers
Create a scalable approach to Team Services support and projects through process improvements and implementation
You’ll be entrusted with sensitive team member information and the highest level of integrity and confidentiality is a must.

Accordingly, the ideal candidate will be strong in the following areas:
Demonstrated team player with proven track record of team satisfaction and a positive customer-focused results attitude
Creative problem solving and flexibility
Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
Stellar written and oral communication
The highest level of integrity and confidentiality
2-3 years Inker experience is preferred
High EQ and strong desire to help people
Pluses: HR and compliance knowledge, Workday or other HRIS
