This position requires those who are self-motivated with great attention to detail and a drive for customer satisfaction. As part of our team, you will be managing the detail operations including associate assignment, standards of performance, work quality; playing a vital role in customer satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity for a long term position with a growing company with positions in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of prior detail experience

• Prior Detail Management experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Must maintain a clean and organized work area

• A positive attitude with excellent communication skills

• Pass drug screening and background check

• Flexible schedule and available weekends/select Holidays

• Proactive, dependable, and trustworthy

• Takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors

Essential Duties:

• Ensures a safe and clean work environment is maintained.

• Creates a functioning schedule for our associates – emphasizing quality & efficiency.

• Supervise and control quality of work produced and work efficiency.

• Informs Program Manager of employees who are not performing to our standards of performance or conduct.

• Maintains adequate inventory of supplies based on structured ordering.

• Ensure Detail department is properly opened/closed daily.

• Ensure all detailing tools & equipment are maintained & functioning properly.

• Trains new employees on our standards, processes & procedures.
• Assists to ensure work is completed properly & efficiently.

This position does require frequent movement and getting into and out of vehicles repeatedly during each work shift. Portions of this work may be completed outside under varying climate conditions.
