The Associate Account Representative for Aetna IBU Commercial Account Management will focus on delivering exceptional service on escalated pharmacy concerns. You will be accountable for researching and resolving member escalations including Prior Authorization status, Specialty/Mail Order prescription concerns, as well as general requests to assist a member with their Pharmacy Healthcare experience. You will assist our members with navigating their Healthcare with an emphasis on ensuring exceptional client service and timely resolution of issues within the team environment. You will also manage outstanding concerns to ensure accurate resolution and communication is completed on every concern assigned.
In addition as an Associate Account Representative you will also be responsible for assisting the Pharmacy Account Manager as needed for the Consumer Individual Health Plan line of business.
In order to be successful in this role you will research and resolve concerns end to end, manage Queue of work assigned including prioritization of urgent member access to care concerns as well as communicate accurate updates frequently throughout resolution
Your success will be driven by exceeding quality and turn around time expectations. Your skills as an excellent client liaison and complex problem solver will also contribute to your success. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the Pharmacy Benefit Management marketplace.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of health insurance industry experience.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree is desired or equivalent work experience.
