CVS Health Hiring For Benefits Client Operations Lead at Pennsylvania, United States Full Time

Job Description

As a Client Operations Lead you will act as a single point of contact for the client for benefits, clinical, testing, and specialty across all lines of business. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, account management, and other internal departments to ensure client and CVS Health business decisions are aligned. You are the subject matter expert and will utilize customer focused principles, practices and techniques to deliver high quality product and promote customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Facilitating meetings to provide status and ensure client and CVS Health business decisions are aligned
• Working across various internal departments to ensure all projects remain on track and have proper representation and support for your assigned client
• Oversight and approval of all plan design solutions (benefits, clinical), test design, and test results
• Involvement in requirements clarifications from internal CVS partners or the client to achieve intended outcomes or find alternatives
• Partner with our IT department to collaborate and submit request for new capabilities needed to support your client
• Act as the point person for various projects and initiatives
• Responsible for determining timelines and making commitments on behalf of the organization and delivery to milestones and approved client requirements, as well as providing status to leadership.
• Single POC for Client – benefits, clinical, testing, and specialty across all lines of business
• Utilizes customer focused principles, practices, and techniques to deliver high quality product and promote customer satisfaction
• Provide support to Benefits Relationship Managers, Clinical Team, and Testers on complex plan designs, clinical rules, and testing
• Consult with Client where required to develop structured and accurate benefit plan (benefits and clinical) requirements to achieve the intended outcomes or recommend alternatives

Additionally, responsibilities can include the review and research of potential client issues and providing recommendations to leadership on possible process and procedure enhancements.

**This is a work from home role and can be located anywhere in the US.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of leading benefit projects, including 2 years of benefit coding knowledge in AS400/RxClaim

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of RxClaim across multiple lines of business (Commercial, Medicare, & Medicaid &Exchanges)

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Access; project management, Visio

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, equivalent experience may be considered
