Partner with cross-functional teams to support the structuring of strategic issues and the development of Retail Health Services’ long-term strategy and strategic initiatives

Craft compelling, well-structured stories that clearly explain points of view, influence audiences, secure alignment and earn support

Support strategy development and execution, including researching key competitors, market landscapes, emerging technologies, and potential sources of disruption; costing, valuing, and defining new business opportunities; and framing and structuring disparate ideas and information to make them concrete and actionable

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Strategy and / or Corporate Development role.
• 2+ years of technical / functional experience in management consulting, strategy, investment banking, financial analysis, public policy, product development, or mergers and acquisitions
• 2+ years of executive-level communication creation and delivery

• An understanding of the retail pharmacy business, health plans, or healthcare provider space
• Ability to apply a strategic lens to solve problems and build solutions
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed
