Project Accountant – Multi-family Real-estate
We are an integrated Developer and Contractor currently managing multi-family properties in Georgia and Florida. We are set to break ground on over 14,000 units throughout the southeast. We are currently looking to bring on Project Accountant in Atlanta to handle the project’s job costs and accounting. If you have a focus in multi-family, construction or real estate, please apply!

What You Will Be Doing
- Project cost analysis
- Project invoicing, budgeting and billing
- Some AR/AP when needed
- Working with the construction finance team
- Construction/Real Estate accounting
What You Need for this Position
- 2+ years of Project Accounting experience
- 1+ year experience in construction or real estate
- Procore software is a must
- Accounting
