ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
” Accountable for the overall performance of the Operations function.
” Manage and lead operational goals, objectives and performance for all plant locations in accordance with organizational strategies.
” Collaborate with Vice President of Corporate Planning to make recommendations for strategic growth opportunities and develop short-term and long-term plans.
” Analyze historical work, cost, and resource needs data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
” Collaborate with sales, operational, and financial managers to develop integrated plans and identify associated risks.
” Creates, develops, and implements operational strategies and other company-wide initiatives.
” Lead process improvement initiatives for Operations.
” Partner with General Manager in setting goals and manage plant performance.
” Generates and analyzes KPIs for all locations in accordance with organizational goals.
” Develop plans to improve operational quality, throughput, and performance.
” Develop, monitor and control staffing, operation budget, and external contracts and partnerships with General Manager.
” Assess technology options for improving efficiencies, quality, safety and productivity.
” Holds operations leaders accountable to achieve customer satisfaction and functional results.
” Responsible to support and oversee company-wide safety performance.
” Other duties may be assigned as needed.
